After suffering with PGP during my first pregnancy I decided to dedicate my business to helping women feel and move better throughout pregnancy, post nataly and beyond.
Not only is feeling fit and healthy important but I also believe what you learn in the sessions needs to be relevant to your everyday life. Every session is bespoke to the ladies' needs and can be adapted to work with diastasis recti (tummy separation), pelvic girdle pain (PGP/SPD), and pelvic floor dysfunction.
I use a blend of fitness, Pilates and, body work techniques to to assist in your goals.
