Choose the right search for you:
- If you want to find all instructors in your area, search either by county or by the first two letters of your postcode (eg GU).
- If you want to know if there are any instructors who are very local to you, then use the city/town search or a more precise postcode search (eg GU32).
I am a pre and postnatal fitness expert and personal trainer with over 10 years teaching experience. As a level 3 personal trainer and Stott Pilates mat work instructor I have a passion to educate women to empower themselves on how to be fit, strong and healthy whilst pregnant, in motherhood and beyond.
As a mother of a nine year old and now a new born baby boy, I know how hard and confusing it can be to know what exercises you should do when pregnant, and how to get fit after having your baby. It’s such a life changing moment, so I decided to specialise in pre and post natal fitness to help where I know how.
As a member of the nationally recognised Guild of Pre and Postnatal fitness instructors, I keep my training current and up to date with recent research and studies in this subject. This means any information I tell my mums has been backed by current research.
I have completed an advanced course with Jenny Burell Education (U.K’s leading educator in pre and post natal exercise) to deepen my knowledge on exercise in pregnancy.
I am currently on maternity leave and will be returning to some classes mid 2017. Watch out on my Facebook page for news on classes resuming!
