Gill is a personal trainer, specialising in women's health with a forefront focus on ante and post natal exercise training. She works in and around the Wimbledon area in London. Gill has over 10 years experience working with groups/one-to-one - in local parks or in the privacy of your home. In addition, she offers Mummy MOTs, biomechanical assessments and sports massage. She works very closely with Sue Lewis: a renowned women's health physiotherapist in Wimbledon and surrounding areas.
Gill qualified in Brisbane, Australia as a personal trainer in 2001 (Certificate IV in Sports Recreation). After many years working in the City, Gill started working as a part-time personal trainer in 2004 in Wimbledon Village and in 2005 managed the club for over 5 years. During which time she qualified in the following:

2008 - Intrinsic biomechanics coach
2009 - Level 3 sports massage
Since leaving her full-time position as gym manager in early 2011, Gill set up her own company, Bodylinx. She has been working with many clients and working alongside professionals in the field of DRAM. She had 2 lovely children in 2013 and 2014; and enjoys working the hours while her children are learning at their forest nursery!
