Find an instructor

Choose the right search for you:

  • If you want to find all instructors in your area, search either by county or by the first two letters of your postcode (eg GU).
  • If you want to know if there are any instructors who are very local to you, then use the city/town search or a more precise postcode search (eg GU32).

I completed Rachel Rafiefar’s Thoughtful Body Pregnancy and Postnatal Postgraduate Assessment in June 2015 qualifying me to teach pre and postnatal Pilates.  Since then I have completed Heather King Smith's "Restoring the Core: Healing Diastasis Recti and Improving Pelvic Floor Function with Pilates Exercise” and have started studying for my Advanced CPD in Modern Post Natal Assessment, Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming with Burrell Education.  I teach one pregnancy class and seven postnatal classes in Harpenden Hertfordshire and work with many pre and postnatal mum's on a one to one basis.  I have experience in supporting new mums with a range of postnatal conditions including sacro-iliac problems, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) including pubic pain which was previously called symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), pelvic organ prolapse or weakness, general back pain and diastasis recti.  I've also worked with clients with pregnancy related conditions such as pelvic girdle pain (PGP), sciatica, back and neck problems, pelvic floor weakness and carpal tunnel syndrome.  I'm really passionate about working with women and raising awareness and education around women's health issues.
