Dr Jo Helcke offers specialist pregnancy and new mum fitness across the UK with her multi award winning online pregnancy and postnatal fitness Pilates programme: FitBumpBox. Jo’s popular - and again, multi award winning – face to face pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes are available in Leicestershire under the Zest4lifeUK brand. She places huge importance on making her classes very sociable so as to help develop friendships amongst mums and mums-to-be, as she knows the importance of these supportive networks. Given this, all her courses include a mix of events such as meals out, drinks after class, mini workshops, brunches and charity events. Over the years she has received ongoing feedback on how helpful her classes are for preventing and managing back pain and pelvic pain, and keeping and getting fit the safe way for this amazing time in a woman’s life.
