Choose the right search for you:
- If you want to find all instructors in your area, search either by county or by the first two letters of your postcode (eg GU).
- If you want to know if there are any instructors who are very local to you, then use the city/town search or a more precise postcode search (eg GU32).

Mum and baby Indoor and Outdoor POSTNATAL CLASSES are designed specifically for mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness, and with a big focus on posture and working those all-important abdominal and back muscles. Classes are perfect for new mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies.
We also hold regular classes INSANITY and BOOTCAMP classes for when you progress from the postnatal stage and are looking for something a little more challenging - in fact, you do not even have to be a mum to attend these classes!
Whichever stage of motherhood you have reached we have a workout for you!
