"I love how amazing the Human body and mind is and it never ceases to surprise me in its ability to rehabilitate, retrain, refocus and realign (usually with the right kind of TLC and guidance). I am a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist with L3 Exercise Referral, L3 Pre and Postnatal Specialist and Nutrition qualifications. I have also recently qualified as a Pre and Postnatal Correctional Exercise Specialist. I am a registered member of CIMSPA and insured by UK Coaching. I have been Teaching Pilates since 2005. I had my 1st baby in April 2016 and my second in Sept 2018. I currently teach ALL classes and courses online during these Covid times. I run Pre & Postnatal courses also."

Wednesdays 530-630pm Mixed Level Pilates IN VENUE AT HOPE BAPTIST & ONLINE
Wednesday 645-745pm Antenatal Pilates IN VENUE AT HOPE BAPTIST & ONLINE

Saturdays 9-10am Mixed Level Pilates ONLINE

FOR ONLINE CLASSES- Find some floor space for a mat, grab a band if you have one, Bring a small bottle of water and a small cushion or hand towel for alignment and comfort where necessary.
Download Zoom onto your device or laptop and make sure your volume is up and battery life is full.

Www.pilateswithcassie.co.uk. Booking online is advisable as spaces are limited. Some walk in spaces will be available on a first come first served basis.

Antenatal pilates & Postnatal pilates run on a six week course basis and are on-going so please contact me to find out more information or book your space as spaces are limited. For antenatal classes you will be required to have had your 12 week scan/health check before commencing. For postnatal I ask for you to have had your six week health check for vaginal delivery and 10-12 weeks for C-section.
